Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the HOODINI website between the store and any individual making a purchase through the site.

The products offered for sale are those described on the HOODINI website. We strive to present products as accurately as possible.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros ($), all taxes included (VAT included), unless otherwise stated. HOODINI reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method available on the website.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
7. Returns and Refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days.
8. Liability
HOODINI shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
